iSolutions together with Petrosoft company started the project of creation of a management system for retail using Dynamics for Retail for the Moscow department store, the company contractor reported on January 25, 2013.

The decision on creation of a management system for retail based on the ERP system of Dynamics for Retail (Microsoft Dynamics AX) in the Moscow department store, first of all, was predetermined by the development strategy of the company in the conditions of highly competitive business of retail, aspiration to improvement and preserving of the best traditions of retail. As project objectives the company management sees increase in effective management of a loyalty system of buyers, the range and pricing, obtaining operational information for decision-making and improvement of quality of business processes. The choice of the Dynamics for Retail system (Microsoft Dynamics AX) is caused by existence of the extensive functionality considering all features of industry specifics.

For a number of years the Moskovsky department store used the information system written and supported by Petrosoft company.

Within the project there will be an automated management of the range and merchandising and also purchases, the loyalty system of buyers, retail within integration with a cash system, and an inventory control is implemented. Architectural feature of the project is integration of Dynamics for Retail (Microsoft Dynamics AX) with the system of conducting accounting and tax accounting.
