Guild of consultants completed the project of complex automation on the 1C: Enterprise 8.0 platform in KNAUF Marketing Novomoskovsk company, the seller of building materials of the German firm KNAUF. In four months the solution which is completely considering features of business processes of the customer was created. 28 jobs are automated.
At the time of creation of the company in 1997 its activity was automated using modern technologies of those years. However over time the domestic business and tax accounting system underwent global changes, requirements to analytics raised, new methods of the organization of trade appeared. Gradually the volume of manual transactions at the enterprise increased up to inadmissible value.
The company management made the decision on implementation of a complex of the systems "1C: Trade Management 8.0", "1C: Accounting 8.0", "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8.0", as much as possible using possibilities of standard configurations.
"1C: Trade Management 8.0" allowed to automate trade operations, managerial and operational accounting. For ensuring individual approach in work with buyers the multi-layer system of pricing including several tens of price types for different dealers and also a complex system of discounts was implemented.
"1C: Payroll and HR Management 8.0" increased efficiency of HR department of the enterprise in the conditions of the permanent growth of number of employees.
Means of "1C: Accounting 8.0" automate acceptance to accounting and a design of large volume of primary documents that allowed to reduce the number of handwork.
Data on work of remote divisions come to a system. Thanks to managerial reports the management quickly obtains information on the state of affairs in the company.
As owners of the enterprise are foreign firms, accounting automation according to two international standards is planned at once in the nearest future: HGB (standards of accounting of Germany) and IFRS.
