The High Tech for Human scientific and education center starts a Docsvision platform implementation project in AES Group, the press service of integrator reported on January 28, 2013.
Tasks
Within the first stage of the project it is necessary to automate 200 jobs at head office of the company and all enterprises of group.
Within the complete solution it is going to unify standard processes of work with documents. Templates of 11 standard documents will be for this purpose created, routes of the movement of documents between structural divisions of the company for ensuring transparency of business processes are optimized.
In crayfish of the project it is necessary to create uniform space of storage and processing of all documentation of the company. The electronic archive will provide reliable document storage of the company in electronic form with setup of the different access levels for ensuring its safety and integrity. Further, with development of the project, processing and transfer to an electronic form of the existing paper archive is supposed.
Start of a system in operation is planned for May, 2013.
