Symantec Service Desk 7.5

The Service Resource company completed localization of a product of Symantec of "Service Desk 7.5" at the beginning of 2013 and became the company, the first in the Russian IT market, adapting the Service Desk system of Symantec company for domestic IT users.

Within the performed project the portal of a system, the registration form and viewing requests, tasks, links, controls, buttons of transitions and all principal components of a product is localized.

Symantec of "ServiceDesk 7.5" - the ITIL tool based on ideology for work with incidents, problems, changes, releases and the knowledge base. "ServiceDesk 7.5" represents the software for a support service intended for rapid implementation, a full integration and optimization of IT processes.

The product has a number of key advantages, the most interesting of which is integration with a management system for IT infrastructure of Altiris IT Management Suite and also ability to integrate with other systems. Stability of management is provided with the software solution for accomplishment by a support service of daily routine transactions. On the basis of information obtained in real time it is possible to make more justified and operational decisions. The product allows to automate the main IT processes and to adapt new technologies without adding of new tools, staff increase and development of special techniques.
