Project of automation of Organik Group

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project of automation of Organik Group. Implementing solution "BIT: Finance" allowed to organize in the company accounting according to IFRS and corporate standards. In a project deliverable the efficiency of finance division increased. The mechanism of consolidation of data from 10 territorially remote local accounting systems in a common information space was created and broadcast of these data into accounts of IFRS is configured. It allowed company management to estimate objectively an overall picture of business, to actively develop the relations with foreign partners and to make effective management decisions.

Organik Group works at the market of organic goods since 2006 and is engaged in their promotion in Russia. Activity of corporation is directed to revival of the careful and conscious attitude to health of Earth and the Person for improvement of physical and spiritual human health and ecological balance.

The company cooperates with a large number of the firms offering to the consumer organic products. Among them there are not only domestic, but also foreign players of the market. With respect thereto the management needed to organize at the enterprises of holding accounting according to IFRS. Earlier the reporting under IFRS was prepared manually in spreadsheets on the basis of accounting data for which maintaining the 1C: Accounting 8 program was used. Process of collecting, consolidation, processing and data analysis took a lot of time. The heavy load was experienced by finance division; inaccuracies in documents and duration of terms of their drawing up considerably complicated process of interaction with partners; the management did not receive timely managerial reports.

Automation purposes

For the purpose of optimization of a system of management, in the company the industry software product "BIT was implemented: Finance". The developer company of the solution – "1C undertook project implementation: The first BIT". Project tasks were defined:

1. to create the system of management accounting at the enterprise for the adopted corporate standards;
2. to organize accounting according to IFRS;
3. to debug the mechanism of consolidation of the reporting of holding in a uniform information field;
4. to provide to the management effective tools of assessment of activity of the company.

The project was complicated by the fact that parallel to Organik Group by own forces implemented RIB bases on the agricultural companies. However it did not prevent 1C specialists: The first BIT to perform works on system implementation "the BIT: Finance" qualitatively and in time.

Project Results

In a project deliverable the summary base "1C: Accounting 8" and "BIT was created. Finance" to which of local accounting bases data on 10 companies of holding are imported and then are broadcast into accounts of IFRS. Closing of accounts on IFRS and 16 report forms according to IFRS is configured. On the basis of the project of the Account policy according to IFRS developed by 1C specialists: The first BIT account policy in Organik Group was accepted and implemented. Also processes of management of cash flow, conducting management accounting and preparation of the reporting under corporate standards of holding were automated. In further plans of the management – creation of a budgeting system and treasury based on a product "BIT: Finance".
