Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" ("1C: Accounting and Trade") optimized a trading activity of TD "Sibagropribor" using the BIT:CRM software products and "1C: Accounting 8. Prof", the press service of the contractor reported on January 29, 2013.

For the purpose of maintenance of competitiveness the decision to optimize the business processes which are responsible for involvement of new clients and increase is made arrived.

Solution

Implementation "BIT:CRM 8" allowed to build at the enterprise effective model of customer relations and suppliers. Using the software solution the trading activity of the customer is optimized — in uniform base all data on clients and partners are collected that reduces risk of loss of clients at diseases or dismissals of personnel. The possibility of the analysis of transactions permits to use the mechanism of selective interaction with partners. It promotes identification of unfair partners and allows to concentrate on profitable contracts.
