VDTs "Eaglet" in cooperation with Portal-Yug company completed workflow automation using the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product, the company integrator reported on January 30, 2013.

Platform

The main instrument of coordination of actions of all divisions of VDTs "Eaglet" are memos and orders on activity of organization. In 2011 about 10000 documents were registered and more than 40% from them are memos and internal orders on organization. When conducting paper document flow memos often did not reach the addressee, and acquaintance of employees with documents "under painting" was at a loss territorial remoteness of divisions from each other and could drag on for weeks.

The management of VDTs "Eaglet" makes the decision to automate document flow. Main tasks: reduction of risk of loss of documents, reduction of time for acquaintance and adoption of orders and orders. As the software "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP" is selected. Among the factors which influenced the choice of the software product - an opportunity for work on the Internet and existence of a subsystem on calls accounting of citizens.

• Citizens' appeal. VDTs "Eaglet" more half a century are the most recognizable and prestigious children's camp in Russia. One of success secrets – rapid response to wishes and notes. Implementation "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP" allowed to automate work with citizens' appeals. Users had an opportunity not only to keep calls accounting of citizens, but also to quickly analyze all notes and offers, to really use them at work improvement that helps to make rest of children even more comfortable and unforgettable.

• Work with admissions. VDTs "Eaglet" safeguards children. Strangers can get to the camp only according to special admissions. Based on the product "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP" the Portal-Yug Company developed a subsystem of accounting of admissions. Employees had an opportunity to write out the admission on control points, to fix arrival time and departure, and also, if necessary, using the electronic journal of admissions to browse the history of visits.

• Work with documents. During the first half of the year 2012 in a system more than 7000 documents are registered and every day the volume of document flow grows. For convenience and speed of work with documents the Portal-Yug company developed the interface thanks to which users had an opportunity not only at any time to get quick access to necessary documents, but also to create structure of document storage, convenient for itself, being in work. The possibility of formation of templates of resolutions considerably facilitating acceptance of "standard" management decisions is created.

As a result of implementation VDTs "Eaglet" received the convenient and reliable workflow system which allowed to minimize inconveniences of complex office-work. Approval and the approval of internal documents was reduced from several weeks to several days.
