Content

"1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project of complex automation of Vernet LLC implementation of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8", the company contractor reported on January 30, 2013.

Start

Earlier in the company separate information systems were used. There were difficulties when forming the management reporting, complexity in purchase planning and at material issue in production. The materials which remained after accomplishment of individual orders often lay too long in a warehouse, and then were written off, increasing cost value of a batch. Besides, it was required to optimize production planning processes and also control of settlement with commission agents.

The management made the decision on creation of the new information system helping with optimization of purchasing activity and work with commission agents to increase quality of production planning, to strengthen control of a funds expenditure and receipt of payments under agreements, to reduce terms of formation of the management reporting.

The choice is the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system.

Solution

During the project specialists of integrator carry out installation of a system, user training, operational data transfer from old programs is organized. Mechanisms of accounting of commission transactions and sales planning are configured. Processings of automatic formation of documents are created, tests are carried out. According to requirements of the company setup of the block of production planning is made. For implementation of specific tasks of management of finance the industry solution of the company "was used by 1C: The first BIT".

Result

  • Operational planning of production is organized. The production schedule taking into account utilization of capacity and specific orders of buyers forms daily in strictly certain time (parameters of transaction can be changed) automatically. The quality of production planning increased, duration of equipment downtimes is minimized, the speed of accomplishment of orders of buyers increased.

  • Accurate accounting of materials and finished goods in a warehouse is provided. The problem of regrading and shortages is solved. Existence of up-to-date information about remaining balance of materials and order amounts on production allows managers of supply to create supplier orders timely. Purchase planning "under the order" helps to use economically resources and to avoid overstocking of a warehouse. A remaining balance of the unused material is minimum that reduced losses by production and reduced product cost.

  • In a system the convenient mechanism of an execution of requests for selection of goods in a warehouse is implemented, documents for shipment form automatically. It significantly simplified the procedure of a complete set of orders, volume of the printed primary documentation was reduced by 3-4 times. As a result, goods issue speed to buyers increased.

  • Time for preparation of commission transactions is reduced. Earlier the amount of remunerations to commission agents was calculated with the help of spreadsheets, reports of the committent were filled out manually. Now data forms automatically on the basis of conditions of agreements. Labor costs of staff of finance division decreased, errors when calculating remunerations are excluded that positively affected partner relations.

  • Control of settlement with suppliers and buyers is strengthened. The mechanism of planning of budgets of cash flow implemented in a system, income and expenses allows to control receipt of payments by nomenclature groups. As a result it was succeeded to reduce terms of closing of receivables, risks of emergence of cash gaps are minimized.
