NetScout: Visual TruView

The Fluke Networks company announced in January, 2013 release of Visual TruView, the complete solution for monitoring of network performance and applications and also for search and fault recovery. As showed survey of specialists in the field of computer networks conducted by Fluke Networks company, more than a half of them need the new tool which will allow to identify quickly and precisely problems with VoIP, transactions between applications and also other problems connected with network performance.

For the purpose of acceleration problem solving in TruView is integrated separate functions of monitoring of performance of networks and applications, element managers and Stream to Disc (S2D) technology with a performance up to 10G1 thanks to what network engineers will not spend in vain time for correlation of the results received using several tools. That implementation of these built-in functions did not worsen performance, the speed of analytical processing in Visual TruView by 2.5 times exceeds the speed provided with any alternative solution. Besides, in TruView there is a uniform interconnected dashboard allowing to analyze in details flows, separately or on groups, packets or transactions of any user, the website or for a certain time frame using only several clicks. Moreover, the solution provides automatic identification and configuring of applications and networks within 15 minutes or quicker. 2

The increased need for ensuring transparency of network performance and identification of the actual reasons causing problems, undoubtedly is the inducing circumstance for modern IT professional around the world.
