Kuibyshev Refinery continues optimization of EDMS

The Webzavod system integrator completed the next stage of optimization of system operation Docsvision in JSC Kuibyshev Refinery, the press service of the contractor reported on January 31, 2013.

Stage. Process

Within a month process optimization of control of performing discipline due to completion of the mechanism of the automated purpose of tasks to contractors and creations of a new superstructure for operational change of contractors of tasks in the Docsvision system is performed.

In EDMS JSC KNPZ there was a need to expand functionality and to make process of change of the contractor of a task transparent and automated, i.e., not requiring intervention of the system administrator of document flow. The task is successfully implemented, and the customer received the optimized system allowing to simplify process of change of the contractor of a task without its loss and with the minimum quantity of necessary actions, risks of non-performance of a task at the expense of the automated change of the contractor are reduced in time.
