Management of the carriage park Transoil automates implementation of EDMS

SAP company in partnership with consulting company Sabris announced on January 31, 2013 completion of transfer of internal document flow of Transoil LLC company, regarding management of the growing carriage park, in an electronic form. The project is implemented on a technology platform of SAP Document Access.

Cars in a basis

In August, 2012 the customer company purchased 10 thousand specialized cars and SAP Document Access is selected by company management for business process optimization, connected with management of the carriage park of the company. The main tasks of the project were transfer of internal document flow of the company regarding the business processes connected with management of the carriage park on electronic and also creation of archive of electronic documents.

The Deputy General Manager for Economics and to finance of Transoil LLC Irina Feoktistova noted: "Our cooperation with SAP lasts five years, and SAP implementation of Document Access became the next stage in its development. The purpose of this project was increase in effective management of the carriage park and process optimizations in the field of operational financial managerial accounting".

Solution

In the project progress results are achieved:

• staff costs on processing of primary documents are reduced;
• processing speed of primary documents is increased;
• the errors influencing a situation with calculations, and the tax risks connected with lack of documents or with their incorrectness are reduced;
• control over processing of primary documents is improved and also minimization of routine processes is reached.

"The proposed and implemented solution fully provided comfortable input to the park of the company of the purchased cars and also scaling of the processes admitted to the companies on management of the carriage park, and the IT solutions supporting these processes on the increased volume of cars", - Konstantin Dyrgyallo, the Chief information officer of Transoil LLC noted.
