ZhEK-9 LLC upgrades the systems of normative accounting and work with personnel

The company "1C: The first BIT" ("1C: Accounting and Trade") updated in ZHEK-9 the software, the company reported on January 31, 2013. Systems became software tools in the project "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".

Start and purposes

Before the ZhEK-9 project used the 1C: Accounting 7.7 and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 7.7 programs. The outdated functionality of products did not meet the requirements to modern business management any more, a large number of necessary transactions had to be executed manually.

For the purpose of decrease in load of the staff of personnel department and accounting and also for optimization of work of these divisions the decision to set the optimized version of the used systems is made. The management of ZhEK-9 addressed to "1C: The first BIT" with a request of replacement of the software.

Solution

The solutions "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" are set. For February 1, 2013 in a system 7 people work: accountant, chief accountant, two warehouse workers, clerk, cashier and employee of personnel department.

The opportunities implemented in programs allow the customer to solve a number of managerial problems effectively. All unified forms on work accounting, including T-7, T-10 forms, T-10a, T-54 are also implemented.

The functionality of a system assumes transactions with vacation schedules, individual working schedules, allows to make employee screening by any criteria, to adjust sheets of a time recording, to receive printed form of the sheet for unfinished month, it is easy to calculate advance payment on the actual development for the first half of month.
