Automation of accounting of a trading activity of the company of Bravo yields result

Company "1C: The first BIT" automated a trading activity in shop of souvenirs of the Smart Shop brand the solution "1C: Retail 8", the company integrator reported on February 1, 2013.

The decision on carrying out automation ripened in connection with desire of the management of firm to bring the company to the souvenir market and to organically enter it in capital retail.

The outlet opened in one of shopping and entertainment centers of Moscow and is automated using the 1C: Retail 8 program and a specialized retail store equipment. In the first days of work, the shop functioned at full capacity, showing high quality of service and service. Results exceeded expectations of the customer: real performance indicators of business were 1.5 times higher than planned.

Solution

Automation of outlet gave following features for work: store all information in a uniform information field, keep track of timeliness of a goods receipt on a warehouse, trade in sets of goods, with ease to perform operations on return of goods (including return after closing of cash change), inventory, to make out receipt and cash payment orders directly in shop, to make out checks of sale and upon termination of change of the summary report on the cash register, taking into account returned goods in change.

The ForPOSt "Supermarket 8" POS systems installation provided all necessary functionality at service of buyers. The fact of sale is fixed using the laser hand one-plane scanner with a support of SYMBOL LS 1203. The infrared detector of currencies LD-1000 allows to verify authenticity of banknotes. Automation of calculations minimized errors, accelerates process of customer service and facilitates work of the cashier.
