The investigation department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation across the Belgorod region begins operation of profile EDMS

Investigation department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation across the Belgorod region and investigative departments of the region started use of a single system of electronic document management - the SUPERVISION automated information complex (AIC), the company integrator - Intelligent systems reported on February 4, 2013.

Background

At the time of implementation of AIK "SUPERVISION" in Investigation department of the Belgorod region automation of office-work was absent. It was required to unroll AIK in eight workplaces in management, twenty jobs in investigative departments (on two workplaces on each department) and to integrate them in the unified information system.

Also it was required to upgrade the existing scheme of document flow for reduction it in compliance with the new Instruction for office-work of Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation approved by order No. 40 of 7/18/2012.

Solution

The project is implemented within December, 2012 by Intelligent systems company. During the project specialists of the company conducted information examination, developed a technique of implementation of AIK "SUPERVISION", installed a system on the server and jobs, made setup.

The organization structure of investigating bodies is entered into the program, card files, offices, document groups are configured, users are registered and their rights are defined. After setup of a system user training is provided. All stages of the project are completed by the end of December that allowed the customer to begin since new year work in AIK.
