"Spa-dry-cleaner" implements CRM technology and normative accounting

The integrator "1C: The first BIT" ("1C: Accounting and Trade") completed the project on automation "Spa-dry-cleaners", the press service of integrator reported on February 4, 2013. The project implements programs "BIT Beauty" and "1C: Accounting 8".

Start

The enterprise is created in 2012. Together with the beginning of business the owner makes the decision on its automation. For the organization of workflow taking into account industry specifics the customer selected the solution "BIT Beauty". First of all the owner of business A.V. Horuzhenko considered the program as the powerful instrument of work with the customer base.

For conducting accounting and tax accounting, preparation of the regulated reporting the 1C: Accounting 8 system is selected. The partner in implementation the company "acted as 1C: The first BIT".

Solution

Contractors of the project were faced by the purposes:

• create the mechanism of customer relationship management;
• organize work on the principle of "lean production";
• receive the tool of assessment of an economic and financial status of business;
• increase loyalty to a brand.

In one and a half months specialists "1C: The first BIT" made installation and setup of programs and also user training.

The implementing solutions "BIT Beauty" and "1C: Accounting 8" allowed to create a common information space in which data on activity of firm (the customer base, the list of services, the price list, accounting of employees and the equipment, the rendered services and sales and also data in accounting and tax accounting quickly are reflected, etc.), it simplified quality control of a company performance and assessment procedure of its efficiency.
