The project of optimization and development of information systems in "British Motors Ukraine"

Company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project of optimization and development of information systems "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine" and "the Alpha Car: Car service + Auto parts" in British Motors Ukraine LLC.

In a project deliverable their tuning was performed, necessary corrections (the functionality is finished under needs of the client, data exchange between programs is provided) are made, users could get advice of competent specialists. The executed conversions allowed the management of a motor show to manage effectively business, to competently organize trade process and to pay back costs for upgrade.

British Motors Ukraine LLC works at the Ukrainian automobile market more than 15 years and is an official dealer of Jaguar and LandRover in Ukraine No. 1. The company provides a full range of services in sale and service maintenance of exclusive cars and also offers original accessories and gift souvenirs of the Landrover brand.

Works on setup of data exchange between "1C:Enterprise 8 were performed. Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine" and "the Alpha Car: Car service + Auto parts", are adjusted mechanisms of their updating. According to requirements of the company documents and blocks were finished: "Cash receipt order", "Cash payment order" (the error in setup of the reference book "Nomenclature" is corrected that allowed to monitor operations on movement of goods, to select unit of storage of a remaining balance. The nomenclature is selected not by the name, and by the article directly from a table part), "Sales of goods and services" (now in documents which are created at exchange it is possible to substitute accounts of partners), Payment order, "The report on retail sales" (there was an opportunity to create the report, to do necessary marks, for example, to put down VAT amounts), the block of payroll (sick-lists are numbered separately from other documents).

Also staff of 1C: The first BIT explained to personnel of British Motors Ukraine LLC specifics of conducting trade, managerial, personnel, accounting and tax accounting using the specialized systems; helped to process properly documents on the regulated reporting. All users could be trained and receive detailed instructions on operation of systems.
