The Russian division of Konica Minolta selected "cloud" from domestic provider

The Russian division of Konica Minolta corporation selected the solution of CloudServer of ActiveCloud by Softline for placement of public services of the partners, the company contractor reported on February 5, 2013.

Objectives

In 2012 the Konica Minolta company developed a number of public services for a partner network in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Artem Staver, the IT manager of Konica Minolta Business Solyyushnz Russia LLC, noted: "In 2012 before us there was a problem of start of new services for partners of Konica Minolta company for the purpose of improvement of communication with partners. At an idea stage we understood that placement of public projects on own servers will cause a number of additional labor-consuming tasks, such as purchase of the additional hardware, commissioning and also organization of an Internet channel and the round-the-clock support. In addition to big time expenditure this way did not guarantee accomplishment of all stages of top-level work".

Solution

On set of characteristics the customer selected CloudServer service from ActiveCloud by Softline company.
