The state gemological center of Ukraine the first implements EDMS in authorities of Ukraine

The ProNET system integrator starts the project on automation of work of the State Gemological Center of Ukraine (SGCU) and territorially remote divisions on the Docsvision platform, the press service of developer company reported on February 5, 2013.

Start

Need of system implementation of workflow automation arose in connection with the forthcoming integration of information systems of the center with other public services, in particular with the Public Customs Service. It is supposed that the solution on the Docsvision platform will allow to solve problems of government programs for informatization.

Elective technologies

When choosing the platform the specifics of work of different divisions of the center were considered, the analysis of ability to integrate with the available information systems is carried out: accounting, client bank, website of the center, active directory of users, office applications.

In addition it is necessary to create the uniform storage of expert evaluations providing data access of territorially removed specialists working across all Ukraine.

List

In the project progress will be implemented:

• integration into Microsoft Active Directory, for creation of uniform general storage of staff of the center, taking into account the available organizational divisions and model of access;
• data transfer from the reference book by the partners who are stored in the system of accounting PARUS;
• setup of all necessary screen and printed forms on work with expert opinions according to requirements of specialists of the center;
• setup of double-sided exchange of financial information according to expert opinions between Docsvision and the system of accounting PARUS;
• setup of financial history for each partner;
• formation of the different reporting according to the results of work.

The technical director of ProNET Andrey Grishankov noted: "Based on Docsvision the pilot project on automation of work of profile experts of the center, integration with information systems of accounting, process automation of approval of expert opinions, accounting of payment discipline is already executed. Together with planned training of key experts of the center cleaning of the available reference information is carried out, new requirements for approval of documents are considered".
