The Lama company automated shops, a wholesale warehouse and the central office of the Stavropol edge consumer society on the basis of the solution "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products, edition 8", the company contractor reported on February 5, 2013. Works on implementation of an industry product were carried out by Lama company.

Background

The management of the Stavropol edge consumer society saw problem solving of separation of actions in consolidation of the main operations on outlets. Set the task - to build effective retail retail chain stores. It was required to consolidate purchases at suppliers and to balance price policy within own trade and purchasing union. Decided to carry out automation of the central office, a warehouse, two self-service shops and one shop of countertop type.

For management of trade processes the software product "1C-Rarus is selected: Shopping complex. Food products, edition 8" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

Result

In a project deliverable:

  • The uniform base of the normative reference information is created. Account of retail sales is kept on all network in real time.
  • The efficiency of purchasing activity is increased. Purchase management is carried out on a centralized basis that allows to provide the most advantageous conditions of delivery of goods for all network in general due to consolidation of all current demands in goods.
  • Vendor relations are formalized. In a system payments of remunerations, the prices of suppliers form automatically and fixed. Carrying out the complex analysis of accomplishment by partners of the contractual commitments is possible. It provided the timely product delivery, allowed to control purchase prices of goods.
  • The labor input of carrying out inventory, due to use of a modern retail store equipment is reduced.
  • Expenses on maintenance of retail chain stores are optimized. Installation of hardware and software system MIRP allows to project regular works on the basis of statistics, to timely react and prevent different emergencies in work of the trade and retail enterprise.

Sergey Gorkov, the head of department of automation of food retailers "1C-Rarus", noted:
  • The initiative "Upgrade in cooperation" which is actively supported by 1C-Rarus company, is designed to help trade structures of consumer societies to improve the activity. As of the end of 2012 more than 600 outlets of the organizations of consumer cooperation in fifteen regions of the country were automated based on the software product "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products". Scales of the program allow to provide to cooperators good conditions for automation of shop taking into account return of investments in four months.
