The main center of trunk transportations of mail FGUP Russian Post continues to equip an infrastuktura with the customs equipment

The Borlas Security Guard Sistemz company entering into Borlas Consulting group completed the next stage of equipment of the Main Center of Trunk Transportations of Mail (MCTTM) – FGUP Russian Post branch the customs equipment for tracking of the substances and objects prohibited to transfer, the press service of the contractor reported on February 6, 2013.

Prospects

The long-term project is directed to increase in extent of automation and reduction of time of customs procedures in the centers of sorting of mail due to use of modern detection systems. GTsMPP is the largest mail carrier of the country. It has own developed branch network which includes 50 trunk sorting centers performing acceptance, processing and transportation of all types of the mailings located in the largest cities of Russia.

One of the important areas of work of the trunk sorting centers is examination of the international mail for detection of the substances and objects prohibited to transfer. Russian Post conducts this work together with FCS of Russia, using the specialized customs equipment. Since 2010 the Borlas Security Guard Sistemz company acts as the partner of GTsMPP and executes delivery, warranty and service maintenance of the corresponding equipment.
