The Optima group of the beginning the project on hardware maintenance and IT infrastructures of the Russian network of multibrand shops of fashionable clothes "Snow Queen", the press service of integrator reported on February 6, 2013.
Pilot
Due to the novelty for the customer of new model of interaction with IT service, transition will be performed in several stages. It is supposed that it will allow to expand gradually the volume of the functions of IT department transferred on outsourcing.
Solution
Specialists of Optima Services are engaged in implementation of process of transition. In total they should service more than 520 jobs in 70 shops of network. In addition, Optima Services will undertake support of peripheral equipment, the trade and office equipment of the customer, technology support of servers, network and network equipment, the systems of telephony, the equipment of multimedia and the sound systems, systems of accounting of visitors and video surveillance. The total quantity of the equipment will make more than 3.5 thousand units.
Level
The contract provides the uniform SLA parameters for all maintenance entities, support of both the "classical" IT equipment, and the equipment traditional for retail: scanner of barcodes, cash registers and so forth.
