Specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) automated conducting personnel records and management of the HR policy in Zhemchug company, having implemented the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program.

The Zhemchug company is engaged in construction of buildings and constructions. For conducting personnel document flow in the company different information systems and spreadsheets therefore data were separated were used.
