In New Century implementation of EDMS came to the end

MiTek announced in February, 2013 start of a new implementation project of the DIRECTUM ESM-system in broadcasting company "New Century". It is going to automate processes which will accelerate information flows and will improve interaction between employees.

The broadcasting company "New Century" includes TV channels "TNV-Tatarstan", "TNV-Planeta" and radio of "Bulgarians of a radiosa". The potential audience taking into account on-air, cable and satellite broadcasting makes more than 50,000,000 people in 2,500 localities in the territory of Russia and the CIS countries. Students of radio of Bulgarians of Radiosa – about 4,000,000.

Media industry is characterized by the high rate of processes, quick response and operational solving of tasks. Active development and a wide branch network of the company mean also well adjusted system of interaction between employees. To accelerate information flows the management made the decision on implementation of an ESM-system. In a market analysis result a choice was made for benefit of DIRECTUM. The contractor was defined according to the results of holding an open tender. Successful experience in implementation of large-scale projects across the Republic of Tatarstan, profound knowledge and the high level of qualification of specialists helped the certified partner of DIRECTUM with Volga federal district – MT Group company – to win competition.

Project Progress

Project implementation was conducted at the same time on television and radio. The archive of electronic documents is created, processes of work with the entering, outgoing and internal documents of the enterprise are optimized and automated, control of execution of organizational and administrative documentation and instructions of the management is adjusted. It was succeeded to implement it with the help of business solutions "Management of electronic documents", "Management of business processes", "Classical office-work". Thanks to business solution Contract management processes of management of contractual documents are automated.

On September 27, 2013 the press service MiTek announced implementation project completion ECM- systems DIRECTUM in broadcasting company "New Century".
