Federal state budgetary institution "Central Scientific and Methodical Laboratory" signed the agreement with Cognitive Technologies on delivery of E1 system Euphrates, the press service of the company reported on February 8, 2013.

Organization is the reference center of Federal Service for Veterinary Phytosanitary Surveillance of Russia and training center of advanced training of veterinary specialists.
Activity of the center is connected with processing of a large number of specific documentation therefore the management of laboratory selected the workflow system conforming to the European quality standards and fault tolerance. After long selection and testing of Cognitive Technologies and Federal State Budgetary Institution TSNMVL signed the agreement on delivery of licenses and technical support of E1 system Euphrates.
Specialists of Cognitive Technologies already carried out all necessary preparatory work, the technical specifications are made. System implementation in the Central scientific and methodical veterinary laboratory is begun in January, 2013.
