This set of solutions for security and compliance to requirements of industry standards use over 4500 companies worldwide already today. Thanks to new features, such as management of exclusive accounts and sudo functions of migration for Linux of systems, Centrify Suite 2013 will allow the companies quickly and to effectively reduce insider risks, to confirm compliance to requirements of industry standards and to reduce total operating costs by a support and maintenance of cross-platform environments for the hardware, virtual and cloud systems.

In modern heterogeneous IT environments observance of regulations of security and requirements of industry standards for regulation of exclusive access and accounting of actions of users – very difficult task. Management of the rights to Windows, UNIX and Linux systems is integrated to the fact that data on users and their access rights are stored in the different systems and are controlled different mechanisms locally. Certainly, there are special point solutions for all these systems. But solutions which would cover all Windows and UNIX/Linux of a system integrated them in the unified architecture, based on the existing structure of directories, it is provided for the first time. Centrify Suite 2013 offers complex approach to management of identification which includes the integrated authentication, access control, management of privileges, security policies and control of observance of requirements of standards. All this is based on the uniform, unified architecture which uses Microsoft Active Directory. Centrify Suite will allow to forget about need of setup of special subsystems for each separate vendor.

Management of access rights in the environment of Windows

New Centrify Suite 2013 includes DirectAuthorize dlyawindows – the new integrated solution designed to fix the problems connected with excessively large number of the users having the rights of administrators and to ensure safety of delegation of exclusive powers and the granulated control.

Functionality of DirectAuthorize for Windows:

• Safe delegation of administrative powers for control of Windows of servers. Replaces traditionally wide rights of administrators on management of Windows of systems and domains, DirectAuthorize with the "narrow privileges" appointed for the separate resources, roles and access rights minimum necessary for the administrator for accomplishment of its duties. Thanks to it need of repeated input of passwords disappears, it does not even need to know admin password.
• The granulated control and execution of administrative functions. DirectAuthorize expands traditional opportunities of Windows and allows to create provisional licenses for any user, to limit access for administrators with the wide rights to the separate systems, it is safe to delegate the increased privileges to services and applications within Centrify Patented Zones.
• Seamless integration and audit of actions of users. DirectAuthorize is completely integrated with Centrify DirectAudit which has the simple mechanism of capture of the user sessions, search and their reproduction in a video series format and also a possibility of automatic start of record for separate sessions, users, roles or at increase in privileges.

Expanded management of protivleniye for UNIX and Linux

Except new opportunities for Windows, Centrify Suite 2013 expands the basic opportunities for UNIX and Linux:

• The centralized authorization for UNIX/Linux of systems using SUDO of migration and options on replacement of SUDO. The new master of Centrify Suite will help to automate search and import of sudo-files.
• Expanded management of politicians and audit of sessions of administrators. Integration with DirectAudit will allow to do audit of actions of administrators with record of sessions.
• Support additional UNIX/Linux of platforms. Centrify Suite supports over 400 most widespread platforms. Support of Fedora 18 is also provided in the new version; Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.8, 5.9 and 6.3; CentOS 5.8, 5.9 and 6.3; Scientific Linux 5.8, 5.9 and 6.3; Oracle Linux 6.3; Ubuntu 12.10; Linux Mint 13 and 14; Mandriva One 2012; OpenSuSE 12.2 and 12.3.

Centrify underwent certification of SOC 2 and TRUSTe Privacy

The Centrify company – the market leader of Unified Identity Services, solutions for the unified management and security of access to all corporate resources, including in data processing centers, cloud services and on mobile platforms, announced obtaining two very dear differences in the field of ensuring confidentiality of the client and protection of corporate data today.

Centrify underwent certification of SOC. Testing was undergone by security systems, availability and confidentiality of these clients that confirms reliability of Centrify Service Cloud. A cloud service of Centrify Cloud Service – the multi-profile solution designed to apply politicians and mechanisms of access control within corporate strategy of security of mobile devices and cloud applicaions, relying on corporate infrastructure of the Active Directory. Certification of SOC confirms existence in Centrify Cloud Service of effective mechanisms of data protection. Auditors checked all main services Centrify regarding compliance to requirements of SOC, including service of the personnel and communications, risk management systems and technologies, measures of physical protection, mechanisms of quality control of software development, a monitoring system, archiving of data and backuping.

Centrify also became the participant of the TRUSTe Privacy Seal program – it means that privacy policy and methods of ensuring confidentiality Centrify underwent testing for compliance to requirements of TRUSTe that in turn guarantees transparency, maintainability and a possibility of the choice concerning collecting and use of personal information.
