In February, 2013 IBS group, the software provider and IT services in Eastern Europe, announced an output to the Russian market of the new solutions for banks and insurance companies on the IBM BPM platform (Business Process Management). In IBS one of the largest the practician by the number of the certified IBM BPM product line specialists is created.

IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) is a software platform for improvement of business processes of the class BPM which integrates in itself the best functionality of the systems in the market focused on interaction of people and integration of IT systems. IBM Business Process Manager offers a full range of opportunities of the concept of BPM and is the integrated and scaled platform on all aspects of business process automation and their optimization.

One of key segments for use of products of the class BPM are banking and insurance companies for which the problem of increase in efficiency of interaction of employees with clients is particularly acute. For customers from the banking sector IBS proposes the solutions "Product Factory" and "Credit Factory" on the IBM BPM platform. The first of them allows to accelerate significantly creation, approval and an output to the market of new banking products that allows banks to react quicker to calls of the market and to increase demand in the highly competitive banking market. The solution "Credit Factory" allows to minimize considerably terms of issuance of credits and to deliver this process on the pipeline, at the same time without increasing risk level due to reduction of number of checks and reduction of influence of a human factor.

Both in a case with product factory, and in a case with the credit pipeline, there is a need to coordinate in a uniform technology chain of action of staff of different divisions of bank. Functions of the IBM BPM platform allow to integrate all participants of process and to integrate banking systems and external sources (for example, bureau of credit histories, user profiles of social networks) among themselves, having accelerated thereby process of creation of new products or issuance of credits, and having given to the end user and the employee of the bank the tool for decision-making. At the same time due to reduction of entry points of data and unification of process the number of visits of the client to bank is reduced that positively affects loyalty. The platform allows to organize effective interaction IT and business users within the unified unified information environment. Advantage of these solutions constructed based on IBM BPM consists that business users can actively take part in improvement of processes, thanks to intuitive and simple tools in application.

Within an output of new products to the market experts of IBS implemented standard models of work of product and credit factories in bank, developed a demo stands for testing of solutions by potential customers.
