HOLT Global Limited, representation (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8)

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" completed the project on automation of conducting personnel records and payroll in representative office of HOLT Global Limited by means of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product.

The Following Functions Were Automated:

• Personnel management and personnel records (HRM)
• Personnel records
• Planning of employee occupation: holidays and/or other actions
• Payroll calculation
• The regulated reporting
• Time recording

Maintenance: Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

• Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
• Sale of the selected software products
• Delivery of software products in office of the customer
• Software installation on the customer's computers
• Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
• Individual training at office of the customer

Software product "1C:Enterprise 8. The set of application solutions" was implemented at us for the purpose of automation of different sections of accounting using the application solutions "1C: Accounting 8", "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" entering delivery and "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade management" As service provider on implementation of the software product the company "was selected by 1C: The first BIT", having serious experiment on automation of the enterprises of the different industries based on software products of the 1C: Enterprise family.
