Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) successfully implemented the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program for fast payroll and automation of personnel document flow in Prombezopasnost company.

The Prombezopasnost company is engaged in installation of signaling systems and protection. To optimize work of staff of personnel department, in the company it was decided to use the automated program. The popular solution "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" of 1C company became the optimal choice. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company - Omsk became the partner in automation.

The implemented solution "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" allowed:

  • calculate the salary of employees;
  • calculate necessary taxes;
  • create documents for personnel records;
  • store all information on employees and their competences of uniform information base;
  • plan the needs for personnel.

Specialists of BIT picked up the solution taking into account requirement of the company, set it, configured the program according to account policy of the enterprise and entered necessary initial data for correct use of the software solution.
