Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" completed the project on automation of conducting personnel records and payroll by means of the popular software product "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" in AKORN-SB company.
The Following Functions Were Automated:
- Personnel management and personnel records (HRM)
- Personnel records
- Assessment and certification of personnel
- Planning of employee occupation: holidays and/or other actions
- Payroll calculation
- The regulated reporting
- Training management and advanced training
- Time recording
Maintenance: Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)

- Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
- Sale of the selected software products
- Delivery of software products in office of the customer
- Software installation on the customer's computers
- Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
- Individual training at office of the customer

The "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product was implemented at us for the purpose of implementation of the HR policy of the enterprise, requirements planning in personnel, providing solving of tasks business by the personnel, managements of competences, training, employee assessments, managements of financial motivation of personnel, effective planning of employment of personnel, registration of personnel and the analysis of personnel structure, charge and salary payment, calculation of the taxes and contributions on wage fund, reflection of the accrued payroll and taxes regulated by the legislation in costs of the enterprise. As service provider on implementation of the software product 1C Company was selected: The first BIT (1C: Accounting and Trade) Office "River Station", having serious experiment on automation of the enterprises of the different industries based on software products of family 1C: Enterprise.
