PTZG (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8)

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company completed the project on automation of conducting personnel records and payroll by means of the popular software product "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" in PTZG LLC.

The Following Functions Were Automated:

• Personnel management and personnel records (HRM)
• Personnel records
• Payroll calculation
• The regulated reporting

Maintenance: Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version) The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

• Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
• Sale of the selected software products
• Delivery of software products in office of the customer
• Software installation on the customer's computers
• Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
• Individual training at office of the customer

Primary activity PTZG LLC company are wholesale and retail trade in office supplies and corporate service of offices in office and household goods. With business development an effective system was necessary for us for automation of accounting, personnel records and payroll calculation. In the market we selected the 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 programs as they are successfully applied by the Russian companies for many years from an analysis result of offers and well proved. For product introduction we addressed to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it works at the market long ago and has wide experience of automation of the tasks similar to ours. Works are performed in full and at the scheduled time. Such sections as settlings with partners, accounting Inventories, bank and cash desk, tax accounting, formation of the regulated reporting, etc., payroll calculation taking into account taxes and contributions, personnel records, formation of the regulated reporting, etc. are automated. Maintenance of a system is performed within a subscription for 1C:ITS. Specialists of BIT hold consultations on technical issues of work with software products of 1C. 1 workplace is automated. Beginning of operation of a system: 12/6/2012. As a result of automation we received the system meeting our requirements for functionality and capable grow together with our enterprise.
