Master Klien (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8)

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" completed the project on automation of conducting personnel records and payroll by means of the popular software product "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" in Master Klin LLC.

The Following Functions Were Automated:

• Personnel management and personnel records (HRM)
• Personnel records
• Payroll calculation
• The regulated reporting

Maintenance: Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

• Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
• Sale of the selected software products
• Delivery of software products in office of the customer
• Software installation on the customer's computers
• Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
• Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
• Individual training at office of the customer

Master Klin LLC works in the field of wholesales of the washing and harvest equipment of the leading Italian and German manufacturers. With business development an effective system was necessary for us for automation of accounting, payroll calculation and personnel records. In the market we selected the 1C: Accounting 8 PROF and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 programs as they are successfully applied by the Russian companies for many years from an analysis result of offers and well proved. For product introduction we addressed to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it works at the market long ago and has wide experience of automation of the tasks similar to ours. Works on consultations during the choosing of the program, delivery, installation, setup of a product, to user training are executed in full and at the scheduled time. A system solves such problems as settlings with partners, accounting of Inventories, accounting of production and trade operations, bank and cash desk, tax accounting, fixed asset accounting and material values, formation of the regulated reporting, closing of the period, payroll calculation taking into account taxes and contributions, personnel records, formation of the regulated reporting, a time recording, planning of employee occupation, personnel training, assessment and certification of personnel. Maintenance of a system is performed within a subscription for 1C:ITS. Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed. Specialists of BIT hold consultations on technical issues of work with software products of 1C. 1 workplace is automated. Beginning of operation of a system: 11/2/2012.
