The Baltic state academy of the fishery fleet uses "MATTER" in educational process and for workflow automation, the press service of integrator in the project - Westcomp Consulting, reported on February 12, 2013.

Since 2010 "The Baltic state academy of the fishery fleet" uses the CASE system in educational process within the program "Electronic Document Management — from a Student's Bench!"

In 2011 the decision on workflow automation in higher education institution is made. The choice for this purpose of EDMS "DELO" was quite logical.

Solution

At the time of implementation document flow was not automated therefore leaving from journal registration of the entering and outgoing documents, as well as orders became a main objective. 20 jobs are originally set: office-work and personnel, reception of the rector, management, faculties, health center, etc. The remote division of academy the Kaliningrad sea fishing college got access to EDMS through the subsystem "DELO-Web".

In 2012 automation of office-work continued. 20 jobs which were generally set in structural divisions of the Kaliningrad sea fishing college in addition purchased: in office, in personnel department, in educational and methodical divisions and at faculties.

EDMS is actively used in daily work of academy. Implementation allowed to automate the main transactions of office-work, to arrange document flow between divisions. In a system it is recorded the entering, outgoing and internal documents, process of bringing information to data of users in structural divisions is automated.

Control of execution of documents and instructions of the management is adjusted. In the course of preparation of documents contractors actively use the templates attached to RK. The module "Report forms" allows to create different statistic reports on document flow, specialized templates of printed forms are applied to formation of the nomenclature of affairs, etc.
