Description

The implementation project of a system began on March 15, 2010. The platform for project implementation selected a product of 1C company from the software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" standard configuration which was adapted for features of work of JSC OGK-3.

During the project, the distributed system consisting of databases of each branch, executive office and consolidation base was implemented. Exchange between bases is made in the automatic mode on URBD technology. Centralized operation is provided by the normative reference information.

The complexity of the project consisted in need of standardization of collective agreements of branches and executive office of JSC OGK-3, implementation of uniform techniques of personnel records, time keeping and payroll because historically in branches of JSC "OGK-3" these processes significantly differed. For implementation of features of JSC OGK-3 it was required to make significant changes to standard configuration 1C.

Trial operation of the Uniform corporate information system of personnel management and payroll of JSC OGK-3 on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform without parallel accounting in the historical systems began since January 1, 2011, and since February 01, 2011 the decision on transfer of a system to commercial operation was pleasant. Now in Uniform a corporate information system of personnel management and payroll of JSC OGK-3 on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform about 120 jobs are organized.

In the project progress the uniform list of types of charges and deduction for all branches according to collective agreements, the staff list and requirements of the regulated reporting was created.

The main modules of the implemented system:

  • Module of personnel records;
  • Payroll calculation module;
  • Module of accounting of business trips;
  • The module of formation of postings and integration with the system of accounting;
  • Reporting module;
  • Administrative unit (management of access rights);
  • Module of management of distributed databases;

The system put into commercial operation provides:

  • full-function accounting on branches and in news agency in a uniform distributed database;
  • implementation of primary input of documents by role users of different services;
  • differentiation of roles of users by means of access rights and intuitive interfaces;
  • existence in the system of the historical data corresponding to historical accounting systems (from 1/1/10), necessary for system operation;
  • integration with other systems (bank, a business and tax accounting system of CIS of the NBU of Energo).
  • a possibility of the analysis of history of the made changes in a system (administrative and user).

As a result of implementation the following project objectives are achieved:

  • implementation of the uniform standard of personnel records and payroll in all divisions of joint stock company "OGK-3;
  • reliability augmentation of functioning of an automated system;
  • ensuring timely and correct payroll;
  • a possibility of the approved development of an automated system, both at change of the legislation, and at implementation of new business processes and schemes of motivation of personnel;
  • decrease in labor input when conducting personnel records and payroll;
  • providing the management and the staff of HR department and accounting of executive office with operational information about change of personnel these branches, and the payroll accrued on branches.
