Specialists of the Penza branch of BIT company provided convenience of conducting personnel records and payroll in "Corporation of development of the Penza region" by means of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program.
JSC Corporation of Development of the Penza Region is a regional operator of priority investment projects of the Government of the Penza region. The corporation is an institute of development which integrates for business structures the long-term investment projects requiring existence of the state support for their effective implementation and aimed at the social and economic development of the region. The corporation creates direct and indirect conditions under which participation in implementation of such projects becomes profitable to private investors, first of all by the formation of mechanisms of management, distribution and risk minimization inherent in long-term projects.
At the time of the beginning of work in JSC Corporation of Development of the Penza Region of any program for accounting of personnel structure of payroll it was not used. For accounting the 1C: Accounting 8 software product was earlier purchased, but the complete functionality of this software product was not used since employees did not have enough knowledge and practical experience of work with the program that complicated accounting work. Need for increase in efficiency of personnel department, accounting, and need for use of the flexible tool for the analysis of personnel structure, workforce planning, payroll and taxes defined need of automation of work of personnel department by means of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program.
Installed software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" allowed to automate the following directions of a management and accounting activity:
- requirements planning in personnel;
- solving of tasks of providing the organization by the personnel — selection, questioning and assessment;
- management of competences, training, employee assessments;
- management of financial motivation of personnel;
- effective planning of employment of personnel;
- registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure;
- charge and salary payment;
- calculation of the taxes and contributions on wage fund regulated by the legislation;
- reflection of the accrued payroll and taxes in costs of the enterprise
The program allowed to keep account in uniform information base on behalf of several organizations which in terms of business organization make the uniform enterprise.

- professional demonstration of programs;
- installation, software setup;
- input of primary data;
- training in work "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" and "1C: Accounting 8".
High-quality and timely training in work in the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" and "1C: Accounting 8" programs allowed to increase efficiency accounting work: time for processing of primary accounting documents was considerably reduced, there was an opportunity to prepare the regulated reporting in earlier terms. The Information and Technology Maintenance (ITM) allowed to save time for studying of matters of argument on conducting accounting and tax accounting, to support the program in current status and to timely reveal and eliminate the arising errors in a work progress.
