SU of the IC RF on the Republic of Kalmykia carries out implementation of the automation equipment of document flow in the department

In December, 2012 the Business of IT group completed implementation of the automated information Supervision complex (AIK) in Investigation department of Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation of the Republic of Kalmykia, the company in the blog reported on February 14, 2013.

Task and its solution

At the time of implementation of AIK in Investigation department of Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation of the Republic of Kalmykia information technologies in office-work were not used. For workflow automation not the just drawing EDMS applicable for public authorities was required - a system should correspond to the new Instruction for office-work of Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation approved by order No. 40 of 7/18/2012.

In Investigation department on the Republic of Kalmykia in AIK "Supervision" each structural division works with the selected separate automated workplace. Registration of all entering, outgoing, internal documents, citizens' appeals, accounting of receipt of criminal cases and materials of checks, control of execution of documents and instructions are transferred to an electronic form.

Besides, specialists Business of IT provided individual training of users on real documents just before start of a system in trial operation that allowed all divisions to master all functions of AIK "Supervision" at once.
