Description

Automation of personnel records and payroll in Internet-kassa company (Online store, sale of chemical products on care of jewelry and antiques) is performed on the basis of the standard configuration "Salary and Personnel Management" of a system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8".

In the program problems of automation of activities for the following directions are solved:

  • payroll and management of financial motivation of personnel;
  • calculation of the taxes and contributions on wage fund regulated by the legislation;
  • reflection of the accrued payroll and taxes in costs of the enterprise;
  • registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure;
  • labor relations, personnel office-work;
  • requirements planning in personnel.

The "Salary and Personnel Management" configuration of a system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" allows to prepare the different reporting under the available data for any settlement period. Calculation results can be presented in the form of analytical reports, evident diagrams and charts.

Implementation of the software product allowed to automate the tasks of the company connected with calculation wage personnel and implementation of the HR policy in a complex. Thus, it should be noted what on the functionality program completely meets needs of the client.

Staff of 1C: Accounting and Trade (BIT) holds demonstrations opportunities of the software product, software installation, consultations on accounting in an information system are also executed, service on ITS is conducted. Works on connection and setup of a retail store equipment are also performed.
