The company of Lukoil-Inter-Kard in cooperation about Jet Infosystems implemented the project of creation of a control system of functioning of network of terminals, active network equipment and leased communication channels, the press service of integrator reported on February 14, 2013.

Solution

The project of a system is executed on the platform of software products of SolarWinds company which allow to perform monitoring of parameters, collecting of events, their correlation and determination of the prime causes of failure.

As reported the company, for February 14, 2013 in the circuit of monitoring includes more than 2900 objects.

Details

The operational notification about the revealed failures of employees of "LUKOIL-Inter-Karda" - by means of e-mail and the SMS is implemented, registration of information in the form of incidents in the Service Desk system is automated. According to the results of the project the management "LUKOIL-Inter-Karda" received the tool for control of accomplishment of the SLA/OLA parameters and also the set internal performance indicators.
