Description

Payroll and work of human resource department based on the modern software product "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" in SAN LLC is automated. "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" is the program of mass appointment for complex automation of payroll and implementation of the HR policy of the organizations. It is successfully applied in HR departments and accounting and also in other divisions which task includes the organization of effective work of personnel. "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" is the solution, ready to work, in which requirements of the legislation, real practice of work of the enterprises and global trends in development of methods of motivation and personnel management are considered.

The program automates the solution of the following tasks:

  • payroll;
  • management of financial motivation of personnel;
  • calculation of the taxes and contributions on wage fund regulated by the legislation;
  • reflection of the accrued payroll and taxes in costs of the organization;
  • management of monetary settlings with personnel, including deposition;
  • registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure;
  • automation of personnel office-work;
  • requirements planning in personnel;
  • ensuring business by the personnel;
  • management of competences, training, employee assessments.

During implementation of the software product by specialists of Intensive Center "Infosoft" the following works were performed:

  • Program installation
  • Initial setup of the program
  • Transfer of reference books and a remaining balance from the old program
  • Training and consultation of users
  • Completion of the program under specifics of the organization
  • Data exchange with the accounting program is configured

During trial operation all primary documents were entered into the program and payroll and also taxes and contributions on wage fund with formation by all necessary reporting is made.

As a result the Customer received a modern and reliable system which allowed to increase efficiency of personnel department and settlement group due to automation of all operations on payroll and automatic formation of the necessary reporting. Specialists of data center "Infosoft" perform maintenance, consultation, updating (updating) and further development of the implemented system within the information and technology maintenance (ITM).
