Description
GUK the Samara regional junior library decided to organize the activity by means of software products of 1C for the budget sphere. During the carried-out initial consultation selection of the software was performed. For implementation of the tasks it was decided to use software "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8". Then demonstration and installation of this software product and also training of methodology of accounting is carried out. The performed works consisted in timely updating of software, consultation of users. At the moment a system is completely implemented and allows to receive all necessary reporting. Staff of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) - Samara within the signed agreement timely informs on an exit of new releases of programs and makes their installation, assists in mastering of the software product. All arising difficulties are solved quickly and qualitatively.

Basic reason of implementation in GUK "Samara Regional Junior Library" of a new information system: complexity and labor input of manual payroll and taxes on wage fund, simplification of drawing up the regulated reporting under individuals, automation of exchange between the salary and accounting program.
