Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company provided convenience of conducting personnel records and payroll by means of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program in Dee Eph Ai AKSESSORIZ LLC.

  • Application of different motivational schemes
  • Payroll calculation
  • The regulated reporting
  • Training management and advanced training

Maintenance:

  • Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
  • Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
  • Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made

  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting

  • Individual training at office of the customer

Field of activity: Other spheres of trade We made the decision to purchase the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product which was implemented by forces of a team of specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade (BIT) in our organization. We were trained maintaining in the program of personnel records and payroll calculation. The program allows to keep registration of personnel and to analyze its structure, to charge and fix salary payment, to calculate the taxes and contributions on wage fund regulated by the legislation and also to reflect the accrued payroll and taxes in costs of the enterprise. Quantity of the automated jobs: 1 We recommend to Customers 1C: Accounting and Trade Company (BIT) as the contractor for automation of activities for implementation of software products of 1C. The program is followed within the information and technology maintenance (ITM).
