Project Description:

The wholesale and retail company "Aygul" works in Yakutia since 1993 and is one of the largest suppliers of food products to the Republic.


The retail retail chain stores Aygul consisting of 22 shops work in the largest localities of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic and also in the Amur region. Centralization of deliveries is performed through the largest logistic center of South Yakutia — the Prodpromsnabzheniya base (PPS) located in Neryungri. In addition to retail the Aygul company is engaged in production of food.

The retail retail chain stores Aygul are a member of the Union of independent networks of Russia.

Due to the dynamic development of the retail direction, Aygul company reliable tools for management of retail network in the form of the modern software and the IT equipment were required. Having studied offers from several Russian companies integrators, in the summer of 2012 the management of retail chain stores made the decision on change of the existing automation system with the purpose to centralize management of the operating shops, to activate marketing tools for sales increase in shops and increases in loyalty of regular customers. The industry solution based on family of the Supermag software products was the most suitable and functional and also less costly on resources and time of implementation.


The project started in June, 2012 and was separated into two parts:

1) centralization and transfer of the operating shops; 2) start of hypermarket in Yakutsk.

On initial project stage the business analyst of Service Plus conducted preproject examination at the customer in Neryungri and the scheme of document flow of retail retail chain stores Aygul is described, and in September, 2012 the engineer of Service Plus set the central office "SuperMag Plus", the central cash server "Supermagician of UKM4" and connected the first shop of network. Within the project training of IT specialists and a sales personnel was also provided. Further IT specialists of Aygul company started independent transfer of the operating shops without attraction of resources of Service Plus.

In December, 2012, the retailer opened in the capital of the republic of PERVY hypermarket in new shopping center "Uluru Moll". The project on complex automation of network and Aygul hypermarket was implemented in close cooperation with the regional partner of Service Plus in the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic — Neotek company.

Within the project the partner performed delivery and a commissioning of the equipment in Aygul hypermarket and also installation and a software setup. Besides, the partner undertook service maintenance of the cash and weight equipment installed in shop.

The total area of new hypermarket "Aygul" is 4622 sq.m.

In shop about 15 thousand names of goods from which 15 — 20% — nonfood are submitted. Also in Aygul hypermarket own production which is provided salad and culinary by workshops, workshop on cutting of meat and fish and also a bakery functions.


At complex automation of retail retail chain stores Aygul the broad spectrum of hardware-software solutions of Service Plus company was used.

So, for control of the cash register line of shops, the frontal solution "Supermagician of UKM 4" — the manager of cash servers and "the Supermagician of UKM 4" - the cash server, and is used for control of point-of-sale terminals — the modules "Supermagician of UKM 4". As a management system for merchandising the back office solution — "SuperMag Plus" is involved in shops (modules: supermarket, minimarket, boutique).

On points of sale of Aygul hypermarket the highly reliable CheckWay POS 77 POS systems complete with fiscal registrars of the joint venture 101, the stationary Datalogic Magellan 2200 VS scanners and other periphery and also trade scales of DIGI SM-788 in modification of RS-232 for weighing of goods directly at the checkout are set.

In a trading floor high-quality electronic scales with printing of DIGI SM-500 MK-4 label and also scales of self-service of DIGI SM-300 BS with 96 keys are set.

For obtaining operational information about goods in a trading floor for buyers are set a price-chekery with the multibeam Scantech Shuttle SG-15 scanners.

Multifunction data collection terminals of M3 Mobile Green with the application software "SuperKit Mobile" onboard are used for carrying out inventories.

Goods acceptance is performed by means of Datalogic QuickScan I hand scanners.

Printing of labels is performed using printers of the Datamax E4204 labels.


In plans of Aygul company — further development of own retail network in the territory of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic in close cooperation with Service Plus and Neotek on business process automation.

Implementation: Service Plus; Neotek, the permanent partner, Yakutsk, the director — Kupriyanov Gabriel, the technical director — Sergin Grigory. The project manager from outside Aygul — the head of department of an ACS Kazmina Elena.

Trading floor: "The Supermagician of UKM 4", "Supermagplus Queue Buster", software of "SuperKit Mobile", scales with printing of the DIGI SM-500 MK-4, DIGI SM-300 BS label with 96 keys, a price-chekery of Scantech Shuttle SG-15, data collection terminals of M3 Mobile Green.
