Description

Personnel records in Kanavinokhleb company using implementation of software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" based on a technology platform of 1C:Enterprise 8 are automated. Reliability of the software solution helps to cope with the large volume of works. Basic processes on payroll on any kinds of charges and deduction, on maintaining tax accounting of income of employees and other individuals according to the PIT and UST are automated. A system allows to keep account of several organizations in uniform information base, to create reports not only for submission to regulatory authorities, but also messages by analytics according to any lists of workers, the movement of workers and evident charts of holidays. Thus, it should be noted what on the functionality program completely meets needs of the client.

Field of activity of the company: leasing of the areas. For the purpose of creation of a single personnel system we decided to automate personnel records using the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product. We actively use mechanisms of personnel records, charge and payment of the earned payment, requirements planning in personnel. Specialists of Intensive Center "1C: Accounting and Trade" BITS carried out updating of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform, releases, nomenclatures, reportings; automatic conducting the personified accounting and automatic payroll is configured; transfer of the database; consultations on work are given; service on ITS is conducted.
