Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company provided convenience of conducting personnel records and payroll by means of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program in Spartan LLC.

Description

By means of the standard configuration "Salary and Personnel Management" of a system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" work in Spartan LLC is automated. Spartan LLC is engaged in production and implementation of the concentrated apple juice. In a configuration there is a functionality of payroll and also the developed managerial tools. Basic processes on payroll on any kinds of charges and deduction, on maintaining tax accounting of income of employees and other individuals according to the PIT and UST are automated. Payroll calculation and personnel records on personnel is kept in uniform information base. A set of internal settlement reports and personnel reports by analytics on any lists of workers, the movement of workers and for submission to regulatory authorities is implemented. All unified forms on work accounting are implemented. A system is integrated with software "1C: Accounting 8". By specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) it is also demonstrated software opportunities.

Our organization purchased the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product. Acquisition of the software product was natural when carrying out automation of our enterprise. Application of the program allowed:

We consider that our choice of the supplier of software was made successfully, the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) which is the largest partner of 1C Company was selected. Specialists of BIT made program installation, necessary initial settings. Also short training in work with the program was provided, necessary tunings are performed. Further support of the software product within the project of ITS is provided.
