Description

Automation of personnel records and payroll in Management of the state technical supervision of the Voronezh region is performed on the basis of the standard configuration "Salary and Budget Institution Staff" of a system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8". In the program problems of automation of activities for the following directions are solved:

• payroll and management of financial motivation of personnel;
• calculation of the taxes and contributions on wage fund regulated by the legislation;
• registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure;
• labor relations, personnel office-work;
• requirements planning in personnel.

Software "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" allows to prepare the different reporting under the available data for any settlement period. Calculation results can be presented in the form of analytical reports, evident diagrams and charts. Implementation of the software product allowed to automate the tasks of organization connected with payroll of personnel and implementation of the HR policy in a complex. Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade of BIT made program installation, necessary initial settings. Also short training in work with the program was provided, necessary tunings are performed. Further support of the software product within the project of ITS is provided.
