The company carried out by Ink deployment of the CRM solution on the Oracle Siebel CRM platform in Alfa-Bank bank, the company reported on February 15, 2013.
Background
The need for such project appeared as a result of the strategy of Alfa-Bank which provides the most high-quality and quick access of the client to products and services of bank via different channels of interaction. Plays the central role in these processes used in CRM-sistema bank.
Aiming to provide functioning of a system and, therefore, 24/7 business processes in any point of Ukraine, Alfa-Bank asked the company Ink for the help in creation of a geographically distributed cluster at which the CRM system works.
Solution
Specialists of integrator developed architecture of creation of a system taking into account technology of virtualization of computing resources. During the project in a system duplication and balancing of all main nodes and components of this hardware and software system were configured. As a result the CRM system is configured in such a way that in case of refusal one of components there is an automatic switching to another, without any failures or violations.
"As a result of project implementation in Alfa-Bank reliability of a system in general increased, time and quantity of required resources for system recovery in case of failure decreased. The geographically-distributed structure of the solution reduces risks of unavailability of a system to employees of the bank and his clients even more, promotes prevention of force majeur situations" — Yury Kucher, the head of CRM office of Alfa-Bank noted.
