Zapsibgidrostroy trust aims at growth of efficiency of business processes and implements the ECM solution

In the leading construction company of Russia "Zapsibgidrostroy trust" there is an implementation process ECM- systems DIRECTUM, the company integrator reported "RASTAM-IT" on February 19, 2013.

Start

Growth of the company, emergence of new difficult tasks and aspiration to increase efficiency of business processes influenced making decision on system implementation of electronic document management. The choice of the DIRECTUM ECM system is caused by a combination of functionality of proposed solutions and reasonable price.

Implementation

The project started in December, 2012. A main objective - reduction of time and finance costs on document flow.

As a result of the carried-out internal job analysis of the enterprise customer, it was decided to use the following functionality:

• Basic modules for automation of complex work with electronic documents;

• Business solution "Classical office-work" for registration of the entering and outgoing documentation, work with memos and approvals of outgoing letters;

• Business solution Contract management for formation of the register of contractual documents and approval of contractual documents (with the further approval and signing of the EDS).

Expectations

System implementation of DIRECTUM will allow, according to the parties, to the customer to reduce time of approval of memos, to increase control of execution of works on agreements. And also considerably will accelerate process of adoption of requests of users by IT service.
