Gartner selects the systems of corporate training (corporate learning systems, CLS) in a separate segment of the market of HRM systems. Vendors of CLS offer packets of technologies, including training management systems (learning management systems, LMS), management systems for educational content (learning content management system, LCMS), virtual "classrooms" and delivery systems of educational programs.

Often CLS develop vendors or purchase at third-party system developers of talent management (TMS), closely integrating them with solutions for corporate training. According to[1], in the world market of the systems of corporate training the companies are in the lead Cornerstone OnDemand Plateau Systems, Saba Software and SumTotal. These companies were in the lead in the market during the period since 2008 and further.

In general at a segment of CLS there are about 150 software companies, perspectives of a segment are quite considerable. So, according to Gartner for 2011, the four of the leading vendors managed to increase proceeds from sales of CLS systems from 15% to 50%. 76% of the polled Gartner of the companies were recognized that they implement the systems of corporate training on a centralized basis at the level of all company. Business need for increase in efficiency remains the main driver of growth for this segment that is directly connected with employee competence.

In relation to the Russian reality, training of employees should be done by a separate part of HRM strategy in the companies with a significant amount of an operations staff. It is typical for such industries as retail, distribution, mass assembly production (at the enterprises with a large number of employees and the level of staff turnover of 20-50% a year). A large number of personnel, a high staff turnover and high requirements to reproducibility – three factors which define need of training: all employees should "go to a leg"", - he explained. In these companies it is necessary to provide a full stroke and continuous training.

Training of employees is necessary for all companies where information intensively changes, and ownership has it a strong impact on success of primary activity. Also as relevant scopes the system of corporate training integrators call FMCG sphere.

At the Russian market there is automation equipment of corporate training of the most different vendors, however, explicit leaders are not planned yet. Here also offers of mega-vendors of HRM of type Oracle and SAP, and solutions of specialized developers (SuccessFactors MoodleWebSoft (Vebsoft Development)" HyperMethod"), and the portal solutions based on, for example, Microsoft SharePoint including developed for needs of the specific company are submitted.

The functionality for training of employees often is present also at ERP systems, for example, it is in Microsoft Dynamics AX and others. From the domestic systems it is possible to mention "the Monolith: Personnel" which contains the module of management of inservice training of personnel — internal and remote and also in-plant training — "field".

Among the large examples on corporate training implemented in Russia it is possible to mention OMK company which uses SAP solutions for automation of classroom and distance learning of more than 10 thousand employees and also for costs planning on training. When planning personnel training a system provides information on absence or expiration of the qualifications/certificates required for the employee, allows to analyze individual development plans for reservists - it allows to plan reasonably and more precisely training.

As for perspectives of corporate education in the Russian market, according to respondents of TAdviser of system integrators, in the short term such automation equipment will remain destiny of the large and geographically distributed companies.
