The RT-Energotrading company conducted deployment and the EDMS Docsvision setup independently

The company of Ltd company RT-Energotrading conducted implementation independently EDMS Docsvision, the press service of vendor reported on February 20, 2013.

Readiness

Need of systematization of the entering and outgoing correspondence, control of performing discipline and acceleration of process of approval of agreements, led company management to making decision on system implementation of electronic document management.

As the platform the Docsvision system is selected, implementation was made by specialists of the IT department "RT-Energotrading" independently.

Solution

Based on the standard solutions "Office-work", "Process management" new cards, printed forms of documents are developed. The electronic archive is created. Process of automation of the repeating business processes is adjusted. The solution is deployed within 3 months.

Implementation creates the system allowing to process the entering and outgoing correspondence, to increase the speed of approval of documents and to provide their reliable storage in short terms. Through a system there pass about 1 thousand incoming documents, 2 thousand outgoing.

Now in a system 30 employees of the company work, in 2013 "RT-Energotrading" the number of users to 50 is going to increase.

Ivan Ostapenko, the deputy CEO of RT-Energotrading LLC noted: "First of all, it is important to us to be the effective company therefore as soon as we began to understand that management of documents requires bigger attention and more complex organization, the decision on system implementation, the company allowing to automate work with document flow was made. Implementation of Docsvision was carried out completely by the by forces. Therefore we paid attention to technical aspects of a system to stages of the choice of the platform. It was important to us to manage to construct the solution in quite short terms, at the same time without having spent a lot of time for training or development "from scratch".
