Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company provided convenience of conducting personnel records and payroll by means of the program "1C: Payroll and a budget institution staff" in SEI DOD "KSDYUSHOR po figurnomu kataniyu na konkakh, short-treku i hokkeyu".

The Following Functions Were Automated:

• Personnel management and personnel records (HRM)
• Analysis of personnel structure
• Personnel records
• Payroll calculation
• Time recording

Maintenance:

• Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

• Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
• Delivery of software products in office of the customer
• Software installation on the customer's computers
• Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting

Software "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" was purchased by us for automation of payroll and conducting personnel records in the organizations financed by means of budgets of all levels. For the purpose of acquisition of this software product we addressed to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT). The "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" program provides the high level of automation of conducting personnel records. It is universal and is developed taking into account requirements of the legislation. Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) executed installation and implementation of the software product, made elementary education of users, rendered consultations at the good professional grade. As a result of cooperation we received the automated system allowing to estimate activity of the enterprise in a foreground mode.
