Field of activity of our organization: Professional services>> Supply For the purpose of increase in controllability and efficiency of the enterprise and also providing a technology basis for dynamic business development, in our organization there was a need for automation of personnel records and payroll. Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) perform works on implementation of the standard solution "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". A system is put into commercial operation: 5/4/2012 Implementation of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program allowed us to increase efficiency of personnel records and quality of work of personnel and by that to optimize internal business processes of the enterprise". This solution allows to keep registration of personnel, to perform cash transactions on charge and salary payment, to plan employment of personnel, etc. The program satisfies to requirements and tasks of our company. In particular, using this product we automate such sections of work as selection and performance appraisal, the system of motivation, formation of necessary personnel documents and the reporting. Specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) showed us possibilities of the new program, carried out installation of a system, initial settings of the database and consultation of users, performed data transfers from the previous automation system. Programs are followed on a regular basis, we quickly get updates and advice on work with the program. Quantity of the automated jobs: 1 (one) We consider an automated system completely serviceable.
